About Vaughn Property Services
Vaughn Property Services maintains and improves residential, rural, rental, estate, vacant, and select commercial properties across Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties.
We focus on lawn and property maintenance, brush clearing and property cleanup, and exterior services such as pressure washing, cleanouts, and listing preparation. Whether a property already looks good and needs steady care—or has been neglected and needs a reset—we aim for visible improvement and clear communication.
We serve homeowners, landowners, lake and second-home owners, rental and vacant-property owners, estate situations, sellers preparing a listing, and select small commercial properties.
The work is grounded in more than a decade of experience evaluating Upstate South Carolina properties through Vaughn Home Inspection—a separate company. That background informs how we look at sites, scope work, and communicate clearly.
