Vaughn Property Services is an owner-operated property services company. We work with residential homeowners, landowners, rental owners, and small commercial properties that need reliable exterior work without the runaround.
We started this business because we are tired of the same story: vague quotes, no-shows, and work that does not match the pitch. Our answer is simple—show up, communicate clearly, and do what we said we would do, for the price we agreed to.
The owner is on the job or in direct contact on scheduling and scope. If something is not a fit for our crew, we will tell you honestly and, when we can, point you in a better direction.
We are licensed and insured for the work we take on, and we treat your property with respect—your driveway, your gates, and your time.
What we will not do
We are not a fit for every job—and we would rather say no than do poor work or unsafe scope.
- Projects that need licensed plumbing or electrical inside the structure (we can refer you).
- Rush work without a site look when one is needed for a fair price.
- Anything we cannot stand behind. If it is not our trade, we will help you find someone who does it every day.
