Vaughn Property Services provides property maintenance and improvement, including lawn and landscape care, brush clearing, cleanup, and exterior work for homes, land, rentals, estates, vacant properties, and select commercial properties in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties and nearby Upstate South Carolina communities.

Submitting a request on this website does not reserve a date or create a contract. We confirm scope, timing, and price before work is scheduled.

The quote form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, the service, the property location, and a description of the work. We use that information to review the request and follow up. If you provide an email address, we may email a secure link to a client portal where you can see a quote when one is ready.

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Vaughn Property Services offers an optional transactional text-messaging program. If you check the SMS consent box on the quote form, you agree to receive text messages about your quote, scheduling, and job status.

SMS consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or hiring us. You may submit the form without opting in.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge that policy.

A quote describes the work and price we are offering at the time it is issued. It is not a warranty of future property condition. Work is limited to the scope in the accepted quote. Concealed conditions, access limits, or a change in what you ask us to do may require a revised quote before we continue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaughn Property Services' total liability for a claim arising from a job or this website is limited to the fee you paid for the job giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the work or this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We try to keep this website available and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove pages without notice. Content on this website, including text, photographs, and logos, belongs to Vaughn Property Services or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.
